International Yoga Day | Yoga & Meditation with Lisa

Celebrate International Yoga Day and the longest day of the year with an extra special yoga session on Friday, June 21, from 7pm–9pm. Our extended evening class will be a serene and candle-lit experience at Kressenstraße 11 in Nuremberg.

This special evening will include:

• Yoga: 7:00pm–8:10pm
• Pranayama (Breath Work) & Meditation: 8:15pm–9:00pm

Come and immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere as we guide you through mindful movements, followed by breath work and meditation to mark International Yoga Day, which coincides with the summer solstice—the longest day of the year. We’ll be finishing the class with candles as the sun starts to set, creating a peaceful and reflective ambiance.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat
• Some water
• Comfortable clothes to practise, and maybe something to sit on for the meditation
