Every Wednesday evening from 7pm to 8pm, challenge your body and mind with an energising workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance. This mat-based class uses controlled movements to tone muscles and improve posture—no machines, just your body and a mat. Join us at Studio 21, conveniently located behind Hauptbahnhof, in an energising space to push your limits this winter.

Our Pilates class is suitable for all fitness levels, with options for modifications to meet your needs. Mats are available at the studio, so no need to bring your own—just come in comfortable clothes, ready to move! Please bring:

10-Class-Pass Holder
