Come and experience the vibrant energy of Wöhrder Wiese with our Global Yoga Flow sessions. On Wednesdays this summer, from 7pm–8pm, let’s embark on a journey to invigorate our bodies and minds with our dynamic English yoga classes held in the heart of Wöhrder Wiese. After our practice, we’ll head to Wiesen Biergarten for a relaxing drink and social time.

In our Global Yoga classes Nuremberg, we focus on merging mindful movements with the rhythm of your breath, creating a harmonious flow. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your yoga journey, our sessions cater to all levels, providing a space for growth and self-discovery. Please bring:

• a yoga mat
• some water
• comfortable clothes

After our practice, let’s continue the good vibes and share our yoga bliss over a drink at Wiesen Biergarten. It’s an opportunity to connect, reflect, and extend the positive energy of our yoga class into the rest of the evening 🙏🍻
