We will gather at Cafe Kiosk at 9:45am\, and the class will begin at 10am. \nLed by our skilled instructor\, Elizaveta\, this session will encompass a blend of Hatha\, Ashtanga\, and Kriya yoga\, ensuring a harmonious balance of mind\, body\, and spirit. \nWe will gather at Cafe Kiosk at 9:45am\, and the class will begin at 10am. \nTo fully enjoy the session\, kindly bring along a water bottle\, your trusty yoga mat (or a towel/blanket)\, and attire that allows unrestricted movement. \nIn the spirit of inclusivity\, we aim to make this class accessible to all\, so while it’s not free\, we ask you to pay what you can—donations will be collected at the end of the session. \nAfterwards\, we invite you to join us for a delightful post-yoga coffee/beer and breakfast/cake at Cafe Kiosk. \nPlease feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further information. \nNamaste \nPlease note that you are responsible for listening to your body\, only participating in exercises that do not cause you any pain\, and avoiding any actions that may cause injury to yourself. With a leisurely pace in mind\, we’ll enjoy the breathtaking scenery\, and stop for ice cream or a drink before cycling back to Nuremberg. \nTo ensure everyone’s comfort and safety\, we’re limiting the ride to a cozy group of 8 participants\, accompanied by two experienced outriders. This intimate gathering guarantees a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where you can connect with fellow cycling enthusiasts and forge lasting friendships. \nPreparation is key for a seamless and enjoyable ride. Make sure your fitness is up to par\, double-check that your bike is in top-notch condition\, providing a smooth and reliable ride throughout the adventure. SUMMARY:Cherry Tree Hike to Pretzfeld Keller
DESCRIPTION:Marking the launch of Global locals e.V. this introductory hike takes us through the renowned cherry-growing area around Pretzfeld\, just a short distance north of Nuremberg and at the height of the season.\nWe’ll be taking a 10.5 km route through the beautiful countryside renowned for its abundance of cherry trees. Near the end of the hike we will visit the beer cellar “Pretzfeld Keller”\, a popular destination during the summer months. \nWe invite you to join Global Locals e.V.\, our new non-profit organisation which is now organising events\, excursions\, English Stammtisch Nuremberg and administering the English Post Nuremberg social media and website. Membership is €45 for one year (special offer for our first 50 members) or €9/month. Funds go to support and continue our English Post online magazine for Nuremberg as well as planning and staging many more events in the coming weeks\, months and hopefully years. \nThis is an intermediate level hike. Please register for the event\, and we will send details about where and when to meet.
