Global Locals are thrilled to welcome you to our next English Stammtisch gathering at Weinerei, a unique art gallery and alternative bar nestled in the Ostermayr Passage.

We’ve visited this gem several times before, and we’re captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the dedicated volunteers who run this art haven. This time, there’s something extra special in the air: Our Global Locals member, Rob Peters, will be exhibiting his art at the gallery! Be sure to check out his fantastic work.

Rather than ordering each drink at the bar, you ‘rent’ a glass for €5. With a glass in hand, you can choose from a delightful array of wines and pour yourself a drink. At the end of the evening, you have the opportunity to contribute to the community jar according to how much wine you’ve enjoyed!

It’s a fantastic way to unwind, appreciate art, and engage in delightful conversations with fellow members of the Global Locals community.

Q: Who can attend?
A: The English Stammtisch Nuremberg is open to everyone; both international people and locals! We welcome all ages, genders, nationalities, etc. You can attend regularly, or just occasionally. We’re always happy to see you!

Q: Can I come alone?
A: Yes! Some people are regulars and already know each other, and many people come for the first time and leave with new friends!

Q: Can I arrive later than 7:30 pm?
A: Yes, of course! You can arrive and leave at any time you like. You are always very welcome to join us whenever it suits you.

Q: How can I find the group?
A: Look for our Global Locals flag, and we’re sure you’ll spot the large group of people speaking English and wearing English Stammtisch name stickers.

Q: Is the event free and do newcomers need to register?
A: Our English Stammtisch is and always will be free and open to everyone. No registration is needed for newcomers. We hope to see you there!
