Understanding the New Structure:
We’re introducing a dynamic structure that balances legal compliance with increased member oversight:

• The Executive Board (BGB-Vorstand): A core team of three volunteers fulfils the essential legal requirements and minimizes administrative charges.
• The Board of Directors: This expanded body, comprised of dedicated members like you, will provide vital oversight and strategic guidance. They’ll have equal voting rights to Executive Board Members but without the associated legal burdens and can contribute directly to the association’s direction. This allows a wider range of members to participate in the direction of Global Locals e.V.
