Cycling to Lauf

Join us on Friday, July 14, for a delightful after-work cycling experience like no other as we set our sights on the picturesque destination of Lauf an der Pegnitz! This preliminary test ride marks the inception of our Global Locals Cycling Group, and we invite you to be a part of this special occasion.

Immerse yourself in the joy of effortless cycling as we navigate the serene routes that will take us to our destination. With a leisurely pace in mind, we’ll enjoy the breathtaking scenery, and stop for ice cream or a drink before cycling back to Nuremberg.

To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we’re limiting the ride to a cozy group of 8 participants, accompanied by two experienced outriders. This intimate gathering guarantees a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where you can connect with fellow cycling enthusiasts and forge lasting friendships.

Preparation is key for a seamless and enjoyable ride. Make sure your fitness is up to par, double-check that your bike is in top-notch condition, providing a smooth and reliable ride throughout the adventure. Don’t forget to pack sufficient water to stay hydrated along the way, and carry essential cycle repair materials, including a spare inner tube, just in case.
