Come and share some seasonal cheer for our final English Stammtisch of 2025. We are holding the event in traditional style, inside a cozy hut at the Christmas Market near the Main Market Square.
Event Details
When: Thursday, December 11th @ 6:00 PM
Why 6 PM? The hut closes at 9 PM, so come early!
Where: Christmas Market, Engelgasse (South East corner of the Main Market Square) look for the Global Locals flag.
Dress Code: It’s cozy indoors! Wear your most gaudy, over-the-top Christmas pullover to embrace the seasonal spirit!
Sweet Treat: Bring your favorite Christmas cookies (Plätzchen) to share!
A Treat for Members! All registered Global Locals Members receive 2 free drinks (Glühwein, Beer or alcohol free drinks)

We meet twice a month, typically on the second and last Thursday. The best part? We showcase the city’s nightlife by choosing a different, hand-picked Nuremberg bar for every event.
Q: How much is it?
A: The English Stammtisch Nuremberg is, and always will be, free for everyone to attend.
Q: Do I need to register?
A: No need to register, just bring yourself and your friends too if you want.
Q: Who can attend?
A: The English Stammtisch Nuremberg is open to everyone; both international people and locals! We welcome all ages, genders, nationalities etc. You can attend regularly, or just occasionally. We’re always happy to see you!
Q: Can I come alone?
A: Yes! Some people are regulars and already know each other, and many people come for the first time and leave with new friends!
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, of course! You can arrive and leave at any time you like. You are always very welcome to join us whenever it suits you.
Q: How can I find the group?
A: Look for our Global Locals flag, and we’re sure you’ll spot the large group of people speaking English and wearing English Stammtisch name stickers.
