Join our weekly yoga sessions and discover a sense of calm. Global Locals e.V. invites you to experience “Yoga Flow in the Garden.” Our sanctuary awaits you within the peaceful and serene gardens of the historic Tucherschloss, nestled in the heart of Nuremberg.

Elevate your well-being under the expert guidance of Aakriti (RYS 200 accredited). With 6 years of teaching experience and a deep understanding of yoga cultivated in Rishikesh, India, Aakriti specializes in Hatha Yoga, seamlessly weaving in Vinyasa flows. Her classes are designed to enhance your breathing, improve alignment, and cultivate mindful movement, leaving you feeling centered and refreshed.

Expect each class to thoughtfully progress from invigorating breathing exercises (Pranayama) to strengthening and stretching postures (Asanas), culminating in deep relaxation and enhanced body awareness.

The session will run from 10:30am to 11:30am. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to prepare. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
