Last month, we explored the remarkable memoir “Born a Crime” by Trevor Noah*, delving into its thought-provoking themes of racism, apartheid, and the cycle of poverty which resulted in lively discussions. This month, we have chosen the enchanting novel “Other Birds” by Sarah Addison Allen* as our featured read.
We invite you to join us in one of Nuremberg’s furriest cafes, where we’ll gather for a lively discussion of “Other Birds” and its profound exploration of self-discovery while drinking coffee amongst the cats!
Our Book Club provides a welcoming and inclusive space for book lovers of all backgrounds and reading speeds. If you’re not a fan of turning pages, why not listen to the audiobook. You’re also welcome to read the book in another language and join our discussion in English. Whether you have finished the book, are half-way through, or have just started, we welcome you to take part in the discussion and share a love of reading with other book enthusiasts. We promise to ignite your imagination and spark thought-provoking discussions.
