Exploring Nuremberg

To kick off a new series of hikes exploring Nuremberg and the region, we will begin with the city itself and its remarkable city walls. Throughout its history, the walls have been developed, expanded, relocated, and also destroyed. At one point, the city was split into two sections, each enclosed by its own wall. To delve deeper into this fascinating history, we will take a stroll around the entire wall and visit segments of the earlier, inner city wall. The total distance will be under 10 km. We will conclude our adventure with warming drinks at a cosy café. Join us for the launch of the series “Exploring Nuremberg.”
